Upon purchase, you are granted lifetime, non-transferable, non-exclusive access to the Program for your personal business use.
You may not:
Share login credentials
Distribute course materials
Resell, sublicense, or teach the Program content as your own
Use the Program materials to create a competing program, course, guide, or product targeting social media virtual assistants
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
All payments are processed securely through Thinkific’s integrated payment processors.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges associated with your purchase.
No payment plans are offered at this time.
If a payment fails or a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend access immediately and recover any outstanding balances.
Due to the digital nature of this Program and immediate access to materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Certification materials
is the intellectual property of VirtuallyHer and is protected by copyright law.
You may use materials for your own business implementation but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or teach the materials as your own or for profit in a way that competes with Booked Solid.
If you successfully complete all required lessons and assessments, you may receive a “Booked Solid Certified” designation.
Certification:
Does not create employment
Does not guarantee client results
May not be misrepresented as formal licensure
May be revoked if misused or if materials are redistributed
May not be used to promote a competing course or service targeting VAs
You may use the certification in your marketing provided it is represented accurately.
If the Program includes access to community spaces (including social media group messages), you agree to:
Maintain professionalism
Respect other members
Refrain from harassment, solicitation, or spam
Avoid sharing confidential client information
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community for inappropriate behavior without refund.
We do not guarantee:
Specific income levels
Client acquisition
Business growth outcomes
Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, experience, and implementation.
Any testimonials or examples shared are not guarantees of results.
The Program is for educational purposes only. Nothing within the Program constitutes legal, financial, or business advice.
You are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirtuallyHer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.
We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if you violate these Terms & Conditions, including any attempt to compete using Program materials.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company operates.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
